.. So we're beginning to see that God is a workman. He is building, He is active. He's active in everything and He's active in our lives. We have to remember with what we're talking about here - what was Jesus' occupation before He was called into full time ministry? He was a carpenter. He worked - created with His hands.
A Work In Progress
And so we get this idea that we are a work in progress. You’re a work in progress, I’m a work in progress, and our meetings – our coming together like this is so that God can continue to teach us and to work with us like He does… God tells us to meet regularly – to come into His presence and to be taught His Word – this is part of His workmanship…
Ephesians 2:8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:
9 Not of works, lest any man should boast.
10 For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.
All Grace And No Boasting
