Unity In The Spirit
.. ‘Unity can only be found in Christ’s Body’ and from that title we get an understanding of why the enemy attacks the Body of Christ in the way that he does – to such a point that it is clearly revealed in the book of Revelation – The Harlot. Harlotry is man made, it is denominational, it is mans feeble attempt to try to create unity fellowship and oneness. It never works because Christ’s true body around the world can only be achieved through the working of The Holy Spirit..
Matthew 16:18 And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.
Matthew 7:24 Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock:
.. He [The Holy Spirit] is the builder and He places His people upon the rock of Jesus Christ – that is it’s foundation and we are told that no weapon formed against it will prosper. Nevertheless the enemy is building a counterfeit. You see anything that God builds the enemy tries to copy, but it is a counterfeit, it is not the true thing, it is fake. That is why God in His grace and love and mercy is building this assembly and others who love The Lord.. restoring and bringing us back under His headship and not a man, not a pope vicar or clergy that is man appointed..
Ephesians 4:11 So Christ himself gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors and teachers, 12 to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up 13 until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ. .. It is through the restoration of God’s appointed leaders.. ministers.. He is raising up through the 5-fold ministry.. We’re talking today on how unity can only be found in Christ’s Body and we’re going to base this on Psalm 133 and we’re going to look at these 3 verses.. .. ..
Psalm 133:1 1 Behold, how good and how pleasant it is
for brethren to dwell together in unity!
2 It is like the precious ointment upon the head,
that ran down upon the beard, even Aaron’s beard:
that went down to the skirts of his garments;
3 as the dew of Hermon, and as the dew that descended upon the mountains of Zion:
for there the Lord commanded the blessing,
even life for evermore.
John 17:20 Neither pray I for these alone, but for them also which shall believe on me through their word; 21 that they all may be one; as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us: that the world may believe that thou hast sent me. 22 And the glory which thou gavest me I have given them; that they may be one, even as we are one: 23 I in them, and thou in me, that they may be made perfect in one; and that the world may know that thou hast sent me, and hast loved them, as thou hast loved me.
Matthew 16:19 And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.
