What Does Discipleship Mean ?
Romans 12:1-2 12 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service. 2 And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.
Discipleship – along with putting your hands to the plough and not looking back – is offering yourself by surrendering your will so that God can have His way in your life. This Deeper Life is achieved by Relationship, by love as we seek Him, not just a one off thing but a permanent alter, a dwelling place of consecration. Disciple meaning: A continuous living sacrifice and renewal of the mind to accomplish God’s perfect will which is the supernatural life of Christ Jesus within.
Hebrews 13:15 Therefore by Him let us continually offer the sacrifice of praise to God, that is, the fruit of our lips, giving thanks to His name.
Hebrews 11:6 But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.
The Deeper life is not about trying anything but is about a rest of faith in what God is doing through the disciple – the supernatural becoming a natural everyday experience.
Christ will live His life today through me, this day is not about me, not about my will, it’s not about what I want to do it’s about the life of Christ in me who wants to live His life through me.
Whatever the world is saying God is saying the opposite; whatever your circumstances are saying God is saying the opposite; however you felt today God is saying the opposite …. the life of Christ in you is speaking. He lives, He has a voice, His voice is the Word of God and that voice is speaking into your life every day, it’s just that we don’t hear it …
… and this is why the mind has to be renewed – changed, and that’s the work that God is doing in us. The renewed mind will always act when required and not question or think – faith knows what to do. Each step of faith is an offering to God – we choose to walk by faith and not by sight.

Isaiah 55:8 “For My thoughts are not your thoughts,Nor are your ways My ways,” says the Lord.
In every circumstance you know nothing about it unless the life of Christ lives His life through you giving you that wisdom – the words the power the might – giving you the supernatural experience of God in that situation
In everything I encounter I don’t know but the one who is within me does, and He will lead me .. guide me .. quicken me .. everything I need to know and more …

2 Corinthians 10:5 casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ,
Faith is a spiritual muscle that has to be exercised every day. Our faith walk keeps us healthy as Christians and stops us from relying on the world.
1 John 2:15 Do not love the world or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him.
1 John 2:17 And the world is passing away, and the lust of it; but he who does the will of God abides forever.
