We Have Faith To The End

We Have Faith To The End
Job 13:15 Though he slay me, yet will I trust in him:
but I will maintain mine own ways before him.
Job 9:28 I am afraid of all my sorrows,
I know that thou wilt not hold me innocent.

The Anchor Of Relationship

We Have Faith To The End

.. You have to know you are saved and in relationship with God. You see through all of this there is something that is anchoring him. He’s just speaking that out in despair, but behind all of that there is something that anchors him. There is something within him that knows he has a relationship with Almighty God, that his life is not a mistake or by chance..

.. There’s just that knowing – that inkling after a while when you’re walking with God that you know God first loved you – that He took the initiative first in your life. You cannot deny the presence of God is there with you.

Experiences With God

You have to have that inner knowing and assurance else God will never allow you to go through these deep trials, trust me.. When it looks so pear shaped from what it ‘ should be. ‘ Or your in a place you just do not understand yet there’s something there. God has touched your heart – you know you’re not the same. This is wonderful, these are the experiences we are to have with God – the experiences of the new birth. You have to have that to be able to stand through every trial and tribulation..

Looking Unto Jesus The Author And Finisher Of Our Faith Hebrews 12:2

.. So that is the first thing to consider with regard to ‘ We Have Faith To The End ‘ Secondly you have to know that God is totally sovereign with regard to faith – your faith, again this is very important. You may feel ‘ I don’t have much faith, it just seems like as I go on in this walk I seem to have more and more unbelief that challenges me. You have to come back to the sovereignty of God and why do I stress that – because the Word tells us that He is ths author and finisher of our faith.. .. ..

Job 10:16 for it increaseth.
Thou huntest me as a fierce lion:
and again thou shewest thyself marvellous upon me.
17 Thou renewest thy witnesses against me,
and increasest thine indignation upon me;
changes and war are against me.
Job 10:18 Wherefore then hast thou brought me forth out of the womb?
Oh that I had given up the ghost, and no eye had seen me!
19 I should have been as though I had not been;
I should have been carried from the womb to the grave.
20 Are not my days few?
cease then, and let me alone,
that I may take comfort a little,
21 before I go whence I shall not return,
even to the land of darkness and the shadow of death;
22 a land of darkness, as darkness itself;
and of the shadow of death, without any order,
and where the light is as darkness.
Psalm 18:30 As for God, his way is perfect:
the word of the Lord is tried:
he is a buckler to all those that trust in him.
Job 42:1 Then Job answered the Lord, and said,
2 I know that thou canst do every thing,
and that no thought can be withholden from thee.
3 Who is he that hideth counsel without knowledge?
therefore have I uttered that I understood not;
things too wonderful for me, which I knew not.
4 Hear, I beseech thee, and I will speak:
I will demand of thee, and declare thou unto me.
5 I have heard of thee by the hearing of the ear:
but now mine eye seeth thee.
6 Wherefore I abhor myself,
and repent in dust and ashes.
7 And it was so, that after the Lord had spoken these words unto Job, the Lord said to Eliphaz the Temanite, My wrath is kindled against thee, and against thy two friends: for ye have not spoken of me the thing that is right, as my servant Job hath. 8 Therefore take unto you now seven bullocks and seven rams, and go to my servant Job, and offer up for yourselves a burnt offering; and my servant Job shall pray for you: for him will I accept: lest I deal with you after your folly, in that ye have not spoken of me the thing which is right, like my servant Job. 9 So Eliphaz the Temanite and Bildad the Shuhite and Zophar the Naamathite went, and did according as the Lord commanded them: the Lord also accepted Job.
10 And the Lord turned the captivity of Job, when he prayed for his friends: also the Lord gave Job twice as much as he had before.
Hebrews 12:2 looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.
