Revelation 19:13 And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God.
The Weapon Of The Word
.. It’s a weapon! So It’s not only God’s Word, but for God to protect His Word – because God knew His Word was going to be attacked – the nature of it is also a weapon. And of course we know what that weapon is – it is The Sword of The Spirit..
Ephesians 6:17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God:
Hebrews 4:12 For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.
.. It has to be a weapon in order for The Holy Spirit to be able to speak to us ..
Revelation 1:16 And he had in his right hand seven stars: and out of his mouth went a sharp twoedged sword: and his countenance was as the sun shineth in his strength.
Matthew 9:37 Then saith he unto his disciples, The harvest truly is plenteous, but the labourers are few;
38 Pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he will send forth labourers into his harvest.
Custodians Of The Word
.. And that is why we pray over the Word.. Why do we pray for the labourers? (We’re all labourers – I’m a labourer) Because we’re custodians of The Word of God. God is opening our eyes to His Word and He knows we are attacked as a result of The Word. The good news is that this Word that you preach.. believe.. confess.. is also in nature a sword.. The Sword divides the Word of Truth, the Sword of The Spirit will come against heresy- false doctrine.. unbelief. That’s the nature of The Sword and it must be implemented..
Wielding The Word
It’s implemented by ministers behind pulpits who preach The Word of God – who do not compromise it. We are living in an age where it is being compromised. Our learning of The Word of God is teaching us ‘fencing’ – how to wield and work The Word of God.. particularly with this substitute A.I word that is coming. That’s just the tip of the iceburg to what they want to bring out.. It will pervert The Godhead – pervert The Gospel which is what we’re seeing. They don’t know this Word do they – the nature of this Word.. .. ..
