Dealing With Satan As A Thief | ‘Behold I Give You Power’

Dealing With Satan As A Thief
John 10:7 Then said Jesus unto them again, Verily, verily, I say unto you, I am the door of the sheep. 8 All that ever came before me are thieves and robbers: but the sheep did not hear them. 9 I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture. 10 The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly. 11 I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd giveth his life for the sheep.

It Is Finished

Dealing With Satan As A Thief

.. We’re not going to allow him to steal. We have allowed him access – whether blindly or willingly in the past – but God says that is not acceptable. The Lord has clearly shown us that He has defeated the enemy at the cross. It is finished, it is done. He has triumphed, He’s now gone ahead as the first overcomer. He has been given all authority power might and dominion. He has authority over this world – over the powers of darkness and over the very Devil himself. He wants us now to not only believe on that but to act accordingly as He reveals and shows.

Sonship Faith

.. And that is why He waits on us until we come to that place. He waits on us also because we are growing, we are maturing, we are coming into sonship. We are growing up in order to learn about our enemy – to not be afraid of him and to take that stand in authority in and through the mighty name of Jesus and what He has accomplished through Calvary. All of that comes as we learn what standing God has given us in His presence. Remember the enemy is far more afraid of us than we are of him..

From The Head To The Heart

.. The reason we allow fear and confusion to work is because we are still hindered by his growling – the noise that he makes. But eventually we get it and it drops that eighteen inches from the head to the heart because that is all he can do. He can only threaten, he can only make lies. he can only make a lot of noise and he does that to try to put you spiritually off balance. He does that to try to get you for a second to take your eyes off The Lord. But we are learning aren’t we through our trials and tribulations not to believe his tricks – his lies – any longer. ‘ Dealing With Satan As A Thief. ‘ .. … ..
